Robert Merkt, President, began a banking career in 1993 after graduating from the University of Cincinnati earning a BS in Business Administration. His early career positions were primarily in residential mortgage lending holding Senior Loan Officer positions in local Cincinnati Banks and once held a management position for Countrywide Home Loans. Unison Financial Group, Inc. was formed in 2000 and later began orginating commercial loans with the encouragement of some local bank executives. The rest is history as Commercial Capital Advisors became the primary focus of marketing and operations. The reputation of the company has made it possible for Commercial Capital Advisors to secure valuable partnerships with wholesale lenders providing both structured lending solutions and institutional type of commercial loans..

Sonia Riffle, Vice President began her career processing residental loans for Unison Financial
Group in 2002. As her knowledge grew, she later became eligible to make lending decisions on
behalf of the company making it possible for Unison Financial Group, Inc to become a correspondent lender for regional bank partners. She now originates commercial loans specializing in retail properties.
